Frequently Asked Questions
What’s my billing period?
Your billing period runs for one month and ends on the “Invoice Date” located at the top right corner of your bill. For example, if your Invoice date is May 12, your billing period started April 13.
Why are there partial charges on my bill?
Your activation date and billing period don’t always start on the same date. When this happens, your allotted usage is pro-rated. Partial charges on your invoice cover the period between your activation date and your invoice date.
For example, if you activated a $30 plan on May 5 and your invoice date is May 12, you would see a partial charge of approximately $8 for the 8 days of service.
If you are on a wireless plan that features 150 minutes of airtime, this pro-rated formula means you would have 40 minutes of airtime to use up to May 12
How are my services billed?
Your first bill always includes monthly fees for your next month of service. If you exceed your monthly usage limits, the extra usage fees will be listed on the next bill under the “Regular Charges” section as Wireless Usage.
How do I avoid exceeding my usage limits?
Track your airtime, data, and messaging usage right on your phone by selecting the My Account icon on your device. If needed, you can download My Account from your app store.
When do I have to pay my bill?
Your payment must be received before the “Required Payment Date” listed at the top right-hand corner of your bill. You can pay your bill directly from your phone using the My Account application.
